2. Applicability
These terms apply to every order placed through our online store. By placing an order you agree to be bound by them.
3. Offers and contract
All offers are non-binding. A contract is concluded once we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders (e.g. suspected fraud or pricing errors).
4. Prices and VAT
All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
5. Payment
Online payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd via iDEAL, Bancontact, or card. For manual orders, payment instructions are sent by email or phone.
6. Delivery
Netherlands: typically 1–3 business days after payment. Other EU countries: 3–7 business days. These windows are indicative; risk of loss or damage passes to you upon receipt.

8. Warranty and conformity
Statutory conformity guarantee applies. If a product doesn't match the contract, email us within a reasonable time and we'll find a fix (replacement, repair, or refund).
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
10. Complaints and disputes
Complaints via andhrapickles.nl@gmail.com. Unresolved disputes can be filed via the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court of Amsterdam, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
