Returns & right of withdrawal

1. 14-day cooling-off period

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The deadline runs from the day you (or a third party you designate) take possession of the last item in the order.

2. How to exercise it

Tell us before the deadline using any clear statement (email to andhrapickles.nl@gmail.com is fine). You can use the EU model withdrawal form but you don't have to.

3. Return the goods

Send the goods back to us within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are yours. Pack items so they reach us in resaleable condition.

4. Refund

We refund the full purchase price (including original shipping) within 14 days of receiving the goods back, using the same payment method you used at checkout. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons; perishable items; custom-made products; sealed audio/video recordings unsealed after delivery; digital content delivered immediately with your consent.

6. Faulty or wrong items

If you receive a faulty or wrong item, contact us within a reasonable time. We'll arrange repair, replacement, or refund — your statutory warranty rights are unaffected.
