Returns Policy

At Andhra Pickles, we take great care in preparing and packaging our products. Because our products are food items, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered.

We only accept returns or replacements in the following situations:

You received the wrong product
The product was damaged during delivery
The product arrived spoiled or leaking
The order was incomplete

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)

Under European consumer law, customers normally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days.

However, according to Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Perishable goods
Food products made for personal consumption
* Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once opened

As Andhra Pickles sells homemade and packaged food products, the right of withdrawal is excluded once the order has been shipped or delivered.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Products disliked due to personal taste preference
Opened or partially consumed products
* Orders with incorrect address details provided by the customer

Delivery Issues

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

We are not responsible for:

Delivery delays caused by courier services
Failed deliveries due to incorrect address information
* Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
